Our commercial construction experience includes everything from complex, large scope new builds, to aesthetic based tenant improvements. Regardless of scope, we deliver the same level of quality on every project, and we collaborate with the best subtrades in the industry. We utilize an invite only, competitive tendering process to secure the best possible vendor for each individual scope of work applicable to the project at stake.

Petroleum Construction

Petroleum Construction is the core of our business, and our experience in this field is extensive. We offer complete construction services focused on the key facets of the petroleum industry:

Bulk Fuel Terminals – These facilities play a crucial role in the supply chain of fuel and energy products for our clients and their surrounding communities. They provide valuable resources for local businesses needing reliable access to large quantities of petroleum products.

Cardlock Facilities – The cardlock stations we build offer gasoline, clear and dyed diesel, and DEF products provided with high flow pumps for fast and efficient service. Many of these sites feature fully accessible washroom and shower facilities, making them practical and beneficial points of service for fleet personnel.

Travel Centers – Travel centers offer all the features of a cardlock facility, with the added benefit of fuel purchases at the pump via credit card. The availability of gasoline, diesel, and DEF products through a high flow pump system is highly beneficial to individual travelers with large personal vehicles such as boats and motorhomes.

Petroleum Upgrades – Completing upgrades to existing fuel facilities are necessary for longevity, performance, safety, and meeting local code requirements. These upgrades also enhance the customer experience at the pump. These projects often have layers of complexity and potential risks at each stage – we are well versed in every aspect of construction these projects require.

Retail Fuel Sites – Although the most common of our projects, each gas station comes with its own unique set of challenges. The sites we build often include features such as touchless carwashes and quick service restaurants, adding to the complexity of the scope.

Rebranding Programs – As our clients’ businesses expand, acquisitions of existing and/or pre-owned gas stations is frequent. Petrocom is very well-versed in rebranding projects, and we understand the urgency and specifications required to complete rebranding projects within a very tight timeline. Construction activities for these projects are often scheduled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
